Come on board and be part of an exciting journey where your ideas come to life!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop our social media content (with your manager&#8217;s content strategy and guidelines).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media posting and community management (organic, not paid).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring their success from conception to execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the optimization of email automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates, with guidance from your manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze campaign performance and iterate rapidly to maximize results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially within sales) to align email marketing strategies with broader company objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute creatively to campaign ideas and strategy discussions, bringing a fresh perspective to the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currently studying or recently graduated from a university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interest in content, social media, and email marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly proactive and able to work independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing quick execution and iteration over perfection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Brevo, Sendgrid, etc.) and CRM tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A portfolio or examples of previous work or projects in related areas (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><br>Monthly salary: USD $1,600.00.<br>We believe in transparency and want to provide you with all the information you need to<br>make an informed decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><br>You will be reporting to our Product Marketing Manager, Rodrigo Espinel.
