I had the opportunity to be trained by professionals in Public Speaking and Radio when I was in College. Community events gave me several chances to hold the microphone. I loved listening to myself and my recorded tracks. Voice and accent trainers at workplace sharpened my diction, stress points, use of pauses, vocabulary and language. A stint at the local radio station for 2 years exposed me to a different world of challenges. However, it was not till I got an opportunity to lend my voice for an educational project that I began to realise what was my forte. After a short course on improving voice skills I began taking up voice-over projects and have now enjoyed doing projects in Bangalore, India. I have worked for private players who offer voice talents for their projects and am looking forward to have my breakthrough.
