For complex/long projects (which happens ~30% of the time), our dedicated team of Customer Experience Associates act as middlemen between our clients and Pros, helping the client manage their project, and assisting you with any difficulties you may find while completing your projects!

They handle all the back-and-forth with our clients for such projects so that you can focus on what you do best: providing outstanding creative work!

In most cases, the entire project is handled automatically between the client and Bunny Pro through the platform.

🎧 Quality Control Agents

We also have a team of Quality Control Agents that carefully screen the work you upload to ensure that it matches the client’s brief and the Quality Standards we assure all our clients!

They are skilled professionals that are masters of the creative service they assess, and are always ready to assist if you have any questions or concerns about your own Quality, or if you are facing any issues!

This is our dedicated team that caters to your needs as a Pro!

They help you navigate our platform, and answer any questions related to your account: your Payments, your Rates, your account Stats, and anything else regarding your profile – including any problems or errors you may encounter!

🤝 Client Onboarding

Our Client’s Onboarding team works with our clients directly to make sure they understand how our platform works, and to ensure they are hiring the best Bunny Pros for their projects – according to the Skills the talent can offer, their Rates, and, most importantly, their Availability!

This team may come in contact with you to understand if you are available to take on certain projects before our clients go ahead and launch them on the platform.
