There are 3 ways to set up a project with us, depending on your needs:

1. Booking: You can directly book a specific talent with this type of project. You can head to our Browse Samples page to see and hear samples from our Pros. Here, you can refine your search according to requirements on the left-hand side.

2. Contest: You can post a contest to find the best voice talent for your project. When you submit a Contest, you will receive three auditions. You may request three more at no extra cost in case you haven’t found the right Pro for your project. Once you have submitted the Contest, and the entries are in, you can review them and select a winner.

3. Speedy: The fastest way to receive a project is by creating a Speedy. This is what we recommend when you are in a rush for a quick voiceover. When you post a Speedy, we send invitations to our available Pros, and the first one to pick it up will send you the deliverable.

 

Whichever Project type you choose, we encourage you to use the remarks section to include some links and/or upload any files that you might have to help your Pro. Also, you can record instructions with your microphone, for instance, to clarify the pronunciation of specific words. The less room for interpretation, the more spot on your final product will be.

There are two ways you can receive a quote on your project at Bunny Studio.

One way is to first click on Browse and refine your search according to your requirements. You can then click on See prices under the first sample of the Bunny Pro.

Another way to receive a quote is:

1. Log in to your Bunny Studio account.
2. Click on Submit a project.
3. Select a project type.
4. Fill in the project form. Once you have provided enough details, the system will automatically provide a quote.

A few different factors can affect pricing:

  • The Bunny Pro that you select if it is a Booking. 
  • The word count or length of your project. Please remember that we charge per word or by length, so this is a major factor to consider when quoting your projects. All of your scripts should be included to calculate the price. Please avoid adding links to the script, otherwise, the project won’t be able to be properly quoted.
  • The Project type that you select (Booking, Contest, or Speedy).

  • Once the payment is completed, all Bunny Studio projects are delivered to you, the client, with a full buyout. All the rights of the deliverable belong to the client as this is included in the payment for the work. This also keeps pricing clear and predictable for our clients. 
  • We do not charge usage fees. Our costs to provide the deliverable to the client are the same regardless of where the deliverable will be played or viewed.
  • If you need us to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), you can send it to us by submitting a request or contacting us at support@bunnystudio.com
 

Revisions are requests for changes in the deliverables. These requests may be sent by our Quality Control team or by you. 

When are Revisions requested?

  • When the submitted deliverable needs to follow the remarks more accurately.
  • When you want to add a new section to the deliverable.
  • When you need to make changes to the deliverable.
  • When you need to change part of the remarks and the overall tone.

When are Quality Control Revisions requested?

  • If the deliverable doesn’t pass our quality control standards.
  • If the deliverable fails to match the project’s brief and/or remarks.
