Frequently Asked Questions:

Find your question:

1. Is there any subscription fee to become a Bunny Pro?

That depends on how you joined us in the first place!

Applications will be reviewed free of cost if:

   1. You are an already approved Bunny Pro applying for new skills.
   2. You received a referral code and include it in your submission.

Applications will require a $5 fee for review if:

   1. You are new to the platform and not an approved Bunny Pro.
   2. You have not received a referral code and are applying on your own initiative.

2. Does being part of Bunny Studio guarantee me getting work?

Being part of Bunny Studio will not necessarily guarantee that you have a steady stream of work. This depends on several factors, including client demand, and how competitive the segment you work in is.

It also depends on how you manage to “stand out” with the work you do as a Pro on our platform: your responsiveness, the quality of your work, the competitiveness of your Rates, and keeping an up-to-date profile with high-quality Samples. This way our algorithm will favor you and send more projects your way!

3. How do Bunny Pros set their Rates?

Our Bunny Pros are free to set their own Rates according to word count/project length/complexity. We suggest our Pros charge what they think is fair for their quality and experience.

Also, we refrain from suggesting Rates because they greatly differ from one market to another as well as from one level of experience to another.

4. How are Bunny Studio’s commissions applied to pricing?

We add our markup on top of the project pricing and your Rates! This means that you will receive the full Rates you’ve asked for, and the full project price for the client will be:

Project management + Your Rates + Our Markup.

Our markup commission varies from project to project, as it depends on various factors and variables.

5. How does our Quality Control team screen your projects?

Our Quality Control Team is composed of skilled professionals that are masters of the creative service they are assessing. For instance, in the Audio category, our QC agents are seasoned audio engineers. In the Design category, they are professional designers with years of experience.

We have enlisted them to ensure that only high-quality work reaches our clients. They accept or reject projects based on how closely the deliverable matches the client’s brief and how it aligns with our quality standards!

6. When and how do our Bunny Pros get paid?

Our Pros are credited in full for the reward they have accepted when taking the project within 30 days once their deliverable is accepted by our Quality Control team. This means you are still credited the reward if the client rejects your deliverable!
Our Pros are credited for auditions as well, as long as they are approved by Quality Control.

Once the reward has been credited to your wallet, you can request a withdrawal at any time. We currently offer 4 different payout methods: Payoneer, Wise, Bank Wire Transfer, or Revolut.

Important: Make sure you are not currently located in a Sanctioned and Restricted Country.
We regret to inform that due to U.S. law, we cannot engage in any transactions to banks and/or accounts located in these regions.

7. Do you pay usage fees?

No. The reward you receive is for delivering the project regardless of how it will be used. All Bunny Studio projects are delivered to our clients under the concept of a full buyout. This means that, once the project is completed and paid for, our client will retain ownership of the deliverable. This also means that our clients will acquire a perpetual license where they retain the reproductive rights of the deliverable.

8. Are deadlines too tight? How will I know if I can meet it?

Each project has its own deadline. The deadline is presented before you accept the project, and once you accept it, you’ll be able to see a timer with the deadline for your first deliverable upload for the project in question. If you consider the deadline won’t be possible to meet, you can either Request Help, or, feel free to reject the project.

9. Do I have to accept all Projects that come my way?

With Speedies and Contests, you are under no obligation to accept projects by being part of our Bunny Pro pool. You are free to choose whichever projects you want to accept after reviewing the full scope of work, reward, and deadline to determine if you’d be interested to accept or reject the project.

However, once you sign up with us, we expect your commitment in fulfilling any Bookings that you are invited to. Bookings are projects created with your unique voice and Skills in mind, so if you’re unavailable for whatever reason, we expect you to let our agents know right away.

Don’t forget to also set your Vacation Settings so we can keep clients informed of your availability! This way we won’t send you projects when you’re unavailable.

It’s important to note that if you have Bookings enabled and you’re not marked as on vacation, and you reject or are unresponsive to Booking invitations, your Stats will get negatively impacted.

10. Is Bunny Studio only for experienced professionals?

As much as we encourage all new talents to keep perfecting their Skills, we have a compromise with our clients to provide only the highest quality that only experienced professionals can meet.

For this reason, our QC team reviews all new applications thoroughly, as well as constantly keeping an eye on Pro’s deliverables and quality to pinpoint any issues or opportunities to improve their work!

Also, our Pros must have access to the professional tools, equipment, and/or software necessary to complete the project.

11. Does Bunny Studio cover any recording studio costs?

No. It is expected that the talent will have easy and prompt access to any recording equipment and proper setup, and so, if the Pro relies on an outside studio other than their own home studio, the costs of transportation and recording scheduling will not be covered by us or our clients.

12. Do Bunny Pros interact with Bunny Studio’s clients?

Pros should only ever contact our team. Direct contact with clients can generate great discomfort, as well as broken communication.
All aspects of a project, such as script, rewards, and internal information, should only ever be talked about with our Customer Experience team or Pro Support.

While working on any project with Bunny Studio, you should consider Bunny Studio to be your end client. As a provider, we manage the communication with our own clients.
It’s important to note that reaching out to our clients is considered a breach of the Creator Agreement between us and our Pros, and may cause a permanent ban.

13. Can I showcase Samples of the work I’ve created with Bunny Studio in my Bunny Studio profile and/or my own portfolio?

Our Pros are only able to showcase the Samples they have approved in their profiles! They can share both the recordings and the URLs to their Samples.

However, when a Pro completes a project in our platform, the client has an option to allow the deliverable to become a Pro’s Sample. In this case, if the client accepts this option, the deliverable will automatically be uploaded into the Pro’s profile as a Sample, and the Pro is then allowed to share that work as well!

Since we are legally bound with our clients under a confidentiality agreement, our Bunny Pros are only allowed to showcase the work of clients who have explicitly given permission to do that.
This can be done in two ways:

1. The client can choose, in the project, to allow your deliverable to become a Sample in your profile. This is done automatically, when the client agrees to it.

2. The Pro can send us an email to support@bunnystudio.com, requesting permission to showcase the Sample in their portfolio. We’ll contact the client, and let the talent know of the decision!

14. How many clients does Bunny Studio have?

We work with over 50,000 clients, including large multinational companies, SMEs, and others.

15. When did Bunny Studio start and where is it located?

Our HQ is in Wilmington, DE, but we’ve been a fully remote company since 2012.

16. Where do I need to be to work with Bunny Studio?

You can work with us from anywhere in the world, so long as you have internet connection and easy access to equipment that will allow you to complete projects with us!

17. How can I reach out to Bunny Studio regarding my account or a project?

Email us at support@bunnystudio.com and we’ll get back to you on any questions you may have.
And if you have any issues with an ongoing project, you can use the Request Help feature!

18. What is your revision policy?

We honor a 7-day window after project approval to attend to project revisions. You’ll be compensated accordingly based on how many changes are requested and whether the changes were in the original brief or not. Our clients can request revisions up to 28 days after receiving the deliverable, and 7 additional days once the deliverable has been approved by the client.

19. How are project invitations sent?

Our project invitations algorithm is based on the Pro’s overall Stats, Rates, and Availability. The more competitive and successful you are, according to those metrics and your Rates, the higher chance you’ll have of receiving more invitations, and possibly being invited earlier than other Pros!

20. Do you work with unions?

While Bunny Studio itself does not have any ties to unions, any talent who is available to work as a freelancer without involving a union is welcome.

We have Pros all over the world who only accept and deliver non-unionized work! There are many unions worldwide, and each has their set of regulations.

For this reason, it becomes quite complex to review and implement rules for all of them, so before joining, it is at the talent’s discretion to make sure that they are able to work without involving their respective unions.

21. Can I work with other clients or platforms?

Absolutely! Your freedom is very important to us. We will not require your exclusivity. You’re free to expand your business on as many fronts as you’d like.
