These are the guidelines we would like you to respect as a Bunny Pro.

Passion and quality

We are passionate about our work. We expect you to be passionate too and provide your best quality on every project according to our quality control standards

Communicating your availability

Letting our clients know which Bunny Pros are available is key to our success. We expect you to let us know, with as much notice as possible, every time you’ll be away, either because of vacation, other business endeavors, etc.  Doing this helps improve our relationship with our clients and also, increases your chances of getting more work in the future. If you decide to stop working with us, we expect you to let us know right away via email at support@bunnystudio.com so that we can close your account, and take the appropriate actions and ensure no clients are left hanging.

Responsive Communication

We expect you to be responsive to our requests and remain communicative. We will always be able to solve any potential issues with projects as long as we remain in contact.

Be confidential

You should not contact our clients directly under any circumstance. In many cases, our clients are intermediaries working for their own clients. The name, business, or other information you see on projects may not be our client, and contacting them would cause confusion and an impression of lack of professionalism. We have experienced, professional client experience and pro-management associates available to help you with any questions or issues that arise.

We promise confidentiality to our clients. As such, we also expect confidentiality from you.  Building trust with our clients can take a long time, but it only takes a second to shatter it. Please do not discuss our projects or any materials related to its content in public. Breaching this can result in the termination of your agreement with us and even result in legal actions. 

 When we deliver completed work to our clients, we will ask their permission to share the work. If clients have given permission to us to share their work on our platform, we’ll upload those samples to your profile on your behalf.  If you have any doubts about whether it is ok to share something, please reach out to support@bunnystudio.com, and we’ll let you know.

Maintaining mutual respect

Without our team of creative professionals, we wouldn’t be where we are. That is why we respect our Bunny Pros and ensure that we always communicate with them in a professional manner. 

We expect the same level of respectful professionalism from our Bunny Pros in return. Even if we may disagree, it is required to communicate any frustrations or disagreements in a professional and respectful manner. We have zero-tolerance for disrespect and/or discrimination.
