Being part of Bunny Studio will not necessarily guarantee that you have a steady stream of work. This depends on several factors, including client demand, and how competitive the segment you’re apart of is.
It also depends on how you manage to “stand out” with the work you do as a Pro in our platform: your responsiveness, the quality of your work, the competitiveness of your rates, and keeping an up-to-date profile with high-quality samples. This way our algorithm will favor you and send more projects your way!
Our Bunny Pros are free to set their own rates according to word count/project length/complexity. We suggest our Pros charge what they think is fair for their quality and experience. Also, we refrain from suggesting rates because they greatly differ from one market to another and also, from one level of experience to another.
We add our commission over the rates you have provided us to calculate the final cost to our clients. The commission varies from project to project. Regardless, our Pros are always paid the rates they want and we assume all the risk. Meaning, if a client rejects a project even after our quality control team has accepted it, our Pros still get paid the full reward we committed. Our Quality Control Team is composed of skilled professionals that are masters of the creative service they are assessing. For instance, for our voice over service, they are seasoned audio engineers. For video, they are video editors and/or animators with several years of experience.
We have enlisted them to ensure that only high-quality work reaches our clients.
They accept or reject projects based on how closely the deliverable matches the clients’ brief and how it aligns our quality standards.
Being part of Bunny Studio is absolutely free of charge! So, there is nothing to lose by being part of our platform. Only the potential to work with new clients and gain more work opportunities!
Our Pros get paid in full within 30 days once their deliverable is accepted by our quality control team. That means that even if the client rejects it, you still get paid!
Also, our Pros get paid for auditions as well (if they pass quality control).
We are currently supporting 4 payment methods: Wire transfers, Wise, Revolut, and Payoneer.
No, the reward you receive is for delivering the project regardless of how it will be used. Also, all Bunny Studio projects are delivered to our clients under the concept of a full buyout. This means that, once the project is completed and paid for, our client will retain ownership of the deliverable. This also means that our clients will acquire a perpetual license where they retain the reproductive rights of the deliverable.
Each project has its own deadline. The deadline is presented before you accept the project. If you consider the deadline won’t be possible to meet, you can reject the project.
You are under no obligation to accept projects by being a part of us. You are free to choose whichever projects you want to accept after reviewing the full scope of work, reward, and deadline to determine if you’d be interested to accept or reject the project. Also, if you’re unavailable for whatever reason, you can set your vacation settings. This way we won’t send you projects when you’re unavailable. It’s important to note that if you mark yourself as available for Bookings, and you’re not marked as on vacation, your platform stats would get impacted.
Yes. We promise our clients only the highest quality and only experienced professionals can provide that. Also, our Pros must have access to the professional tools, equipment, and/or software necessary to complete the project. Learn more about our quality control standards here.
Absolutely! Your freedom is very important to us. We do not require your exclusivity in any shape or form. You’re free to expand your business on as many fronts as you’d like.
While working on any Bunny Studio project, you should consider Bunny Studio as your end client. As a provider, we manage the communication with our own clients. It’s important to note that reaching out to our clients is considered a breach of the creator agreement between us and our Pros.
We are legally bound with our clients with a confidentiality agreement. Our Bunny Pros are only allowed to showcase the work of clients who have explicitly given permission to do that.
If you are part of our voice over service, our system automatically uploads samples to the Pros’ profile only if the client has given permission to share it. This means that if the work doesn’t appear in your profile, then the client hasn’t given permission to share it.
Having said that, you’re allowed to share your Bunny Studio Profile link anywhere.

We work with over 50,000 clients, including large multinational companies, SMEs, and others.
Our HQ is in San Francisco, but we’ve been a fully remote company since 2012.

We honor a 7-35 day window after project approval to attend to project revisions. You’ll be compensated accordingly based on how many changes are requested and whether the changes were in the original brief or not. Our clients can request revisions up to 28 days after receiving the deliverable, and 7 additional days once the deliverable has been approved by the client.
Our project invitations algorithm is based on the Pro’s overall stats, rates, and availability.
