What can Bunny Pros do to increase project invitations?

The Bunny Engine requires a lot of patience and fast response before our algorithm learns about you and starts to favor you and send you more project invites.

Of course, as a new Bunny Pro you wouldn’t have any stats yet since you didn’t have the chance to work on any projects. So it would be crucial for you to get as many projects as possible and complete them successfully so that our system can start offering you more projects.

It’s important to note that being part of Bunny Studio doesn’t guarantee that you’d have a steady stream of work.  Getting project invites depends on a number of factors including client demand and how competitive the segment you are working in is.

Also, it depends on how well you manage to “stand out” by being responsive, providing high-quality work, having competitive rates, and also keeping your profile updated with high-quality samples of your work.  That way, our platform’s algorithm would be more favorable to you and that’s what we’ll cover here!

Set competitive rates.

Until you’ve improved/built your stats. Usually, most of our regular Bunny Pros have started with more competitive rates to make sure they start building a good reputation within the system.  Once you start to receive a consistent flow of invitations, you can adjust your rates till you find your ideal price point.

Respond quickly.

When you see a project, try to get to it as soon as you get the invitation.  This will, for sure, improve your standing with our algorithm and send more projects your way! It’s important to note that being part of Bunny Studio doesn’t guarantee that you’d have a steady stream of work.

Only accept projects you can deliver within the deadline and with the best quality.

We expect all our Pros to be 100% sure they can deliver the project on time and with the best quality once they accept it. If you’re unsure you can do that for a project you’ve been invited to, it’s better not to accept it, because that would negatively impact your stats.  That means you may not get invitations to projects as often as you would otherwise or even become banned.

Check and double-check your deliverables before submitting them.

Our QC team is very meticulous, so your deliverables have to be top-notch from the first time. To avoid any extra revisions please make sure you review all the files more than once.

Aim to deliver your project as fast as possible.

The sooner you can deliver a project, the more our algorithm will favor you.

Upload and tag at least 10 high-quality samples

Upload samples for varied purposes and styles to showcase your quality and range.  The majority of our projects are direct client Bookings.  Uploading samples is one of the best ways to get more client visibility.  Also, bookings allow you to earn exactly what you have mentioned in your profile. (See the section about Samples to learn how to upload samples).

Upload a profile photo, and set the correct contact information

Uploading a profile photo can significantly improve the credibility of your profile.  Also, make sure you have the correct email and phone number so that we can verify your account and so you wouldn’t miss any project notifications.  You can upload your profile photo and update your contact details by clicking here.

Write a descriptive Bio and Tagline

Clients love to get an idea of the unique person behind every Bunny Pro profile.  Share details about your background, special skills, the software and tools you can use, and your personal style.
