Motion Graphics and Animation Projects

Check this article to find out how our team manages our Motion Graphics and Animation projects.

How will I be notified?

You’ll receive an invitation from the team directly into your email. Note that all communications will be sent to the email you used to register with us!  In most cases, another pro will work on the storyboard and you will work on the animation or vice versa.

What information should I expect?

The team will make sure that the email and project form contains all the following information and details, so you are aware of the extent and requirements for a project. You’re expected to read carefully and once you have all the information, let us know if you’re available for this request.

Brief: Description and relevant information of the project.
Script: The detailed script includes images, voices, and text that should appear on-screen.
Deadline: The time we have to complete and deliver the project.
Assets: You’ll receive a link that will direct you towards the assets needed to complete the work.
Reward: The amount you’ll be paid for the project. This will be credited to your account once the deliverable is submitted by you and approved by QC.
References: Of similar nature to the project the client expects, always keep an eye out for them so you can include them in your deliverable.
Remarks: Any additional information or tech specs that you should take into account for this project.  Always make sure to ask any questions to our team, and to raise your hand as well if any of the information we listed above is missing!

Please note that for 3D Animation, we expect you to provide all services, meaning any pre-render, animatic videos, as well as provide any tools needed to successfully deliver the project such as render farms.

How does the Quality Control process work?

Once our team has your deliverable, it will be sent to our QC team for review. The team will be checking that:

-The deliverable complies with the information in the client’s brief.

-The deliverable also complies with our Quality Standards and technical requirements. Here the team will be extra careful to review the design style and fluid animation.  You can always consult our QC Standards here! For this, make sure to review the Design and Video sections.

How should I manage a Deliverable?

This should be discussed with the team depending on the project’s scope, but overall, we try to provide an animatic for reference on Camera Angles, timing, music and object/character movements.

– We also encourage you to provide a low-resolution pre-render version of the final render, after this has been approved, we can move on to the final render process.

-You can share the files through a file-sharing platform, always make sure that the link of your choice is enabled, so it can be accessed by us without needing to request access.

Kindly note that for Video and Animation, we make the payment for completing a Bunny Studio project after the client approves the project.
