Steps for working with Bunny Studio

The way we will generally work together is that once we have a project that matches your skills:

Step 1:

You will be invited to the project via email and/or SMS notification. In that invite, you will see all the details of the project, including the client brief, deadline, and reward.  You can learn how to modify your notification settings by clicking here.

Step 2:

If you’d like the project to be assigned to you, you’d need to reply right away and accept it according to the directions in the email.   

Step 3:

You can ask for more clarity/information about the project (if needed) by raising a flag or emailing support@bunnystudio.com.

Step 4:

Submit the project according to the directions. 

Step 5:

Quality control reviews submission before it’s sent to the client.

Step 6:

Quality control will ask for revisions if any are needed.  You will receive an email with this request. Then you have to upload the deliverable again noting quality control’s feedback. 

Important Notice: Once our quality control approves your submission, you will get paid within 30 days through your Bunny Studio account (even if the client rejects the project afterwards). 

Step 7:

Clients are notified via email that the project is ready for their review and approval.

Step 8:

If any client revisions are needed,  you will be notified via email, and you’d need to amend those changes and submit them.  Our clients have a 35 day window to submit revisions after a project has been approved.  Depending on how minor/major the changes are, you will be able to request an appropriate reward for the amendments.
