Shannon has been a freelance writer for over nine years now. She earned a bachelor's degree from Kaplan University in Business with an emphasis on Human Resources. Her time spent earning her degree virtually helped prepare her for freelancing. The hours of research and having no one to answer to but herself to receive high marks assists her every day as a writer. Much of Shannon's work has been as a ghostwriter for companies needing articles for blogs and website content, but during her time as a writer, she's had some interesting projects. She assisted a physician in ghostwriting his book that is to be published by a traditional publisher which has been a highlight in her career. She has a byline for several publications, virtual and in print.
