I have been an actor in Los Angeles since 2007 when I first worked on the show Californication, but my career in voiceover began much earlier than that because I have been creating voices and characters since I was about 4 years old. I discovered early on that I had an ability to impersonate several of my favorite cartoon characters, actors, and teachers (which is how I acquired most of my friends...all 3 of them ha!). My experience in voiceover spans from lowly student projects all the way to advertisements for Zillow, the world's most popular online real estate conglomerate! I have a B.A. from UCLA in Linguistics (Ranked #2 in the world for that major), where I learned how to produce and transcribe (via the International Phonetic Alphabet, or IPA) the most subtle differences in vowels and consonants for my phonetics and phonology classes, so I do have extremely technical knowledge of pronunciation, tonality, stress, and articulation. But all that jargon aside, I honestly just LOVE what I do, and I think it's the greatest and only job I would ever want to do. Who would have thought that the very same thing that my family and friends know as a party trick could be the thing that puts food on the table!
