I am a 35 year veteran broadcaster and winner of a North Carolina Association of Broadcaster's production award. Additionally, from 1995 through 2009, I served as the public address announcer for all Appalachian State University home football and men's basketball games. I am a musician and avid reader and science-fiction fan, a husband, father and grandfather. I enjoy the great outdoors and have been known to take an unexpected turn down a road just to see where it goes.
