"Gracia was excellent! Of the six voiceover artists we worked with, she was one of only two who didn't require multiple revisions. She totally nailed it! The managers were much less helpful, though not for lack of trying. They told me Gracia was unavailable. I said I could wait, but instead they launched a contest for me, which I didn't like any results from. I asked again and got confusing replies. They kept sending me more names and none of them were what I needed. It didn't feel like the managers understood what I was looking for, or that BunnyStudio had that talent. So I launched searched on other platforms and found replacements. But then suddenly Gracia was available again and delivered. I could have saved SO MUCH TIME AND ENERGY if they had just said from the beginning that it would be a delay. And frankly her profile said she would take 6 days to deliver, so I was already prepared to wait. It was flagged as an issue when it absolutely didn't need to be and it caused me a lot of wasted effort and churn."
