Since a young age, I have been fascinated by how many variations the human voice box can produce, to the amusement and frustration of friends, my parents and 3 siblings! Working in both music events and hospitality between 2015 and 2021, I would encounter a wide range of accents, personalities and characters, and would find myself internally collecting them. When the pandemic hit, and a month or so later I broke my ankle, I found myself stuck at home, my work at festivals and in the hospitality trade for 2020 and early 2021 completely decimated, and feeling completely at a loss of where to go next. Turns out, the answer was already within me, one I had carried since perhaps as early an age as 5 or 6 - voiceovers! Taking stock of the knowledge and vocal manipulation techniques I had learned professionally through my work as a singer and musician, as well as years of amateur practise and reading up on the field, I signed-up in early 2021 to voiceover training and tuition with esteemed industry leader Gravy For The Brain, and took the plunge in April 2021 into the ever-growing world of voiceover artistry. Needless to say, I am still finding my feet in the industry, but I am delighted and proud to be part of a global network of voiceover professionals, and am keen to bring my particular set of skills to my clients and to delivering the dream vocal performance that they are looking for.
