My education and professional background is in Western Classical vocal music performance (e.g. opera, recital, and some musical theatre). I have a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (2014) and a Master of Music degree in vocal arts from the Bard College Conservatory of Music (2017). With over 10 years of education and professional experience in vocal performance, I am well versed in the intricacies of the human voice, and have a strong command of my own vocal technique. As such, I speak with a full, healthy sound, and my voice is dexterous and versatile, lending itself well to reading fiction and other genres with multiple characters.
