Soren Cob, writer

My pen name is Soren Cob. I'm a 29 year old freelance writer and translator. I've been at this job for almost a decade now. Writing reviews, articles and listicles in English, translating into and from English, teaching the language to those who wish to learn it. I've worked on quite a few freelancing platforms (Elance back in its day, iWriter and so on), translated a few books (among which quite a few travelogues), a good number of academic papers (mostly in the fields of history and archaeology) and more instructional manuals than I can count. I've learned English in school and at home (tutoring) but the bulk of my knowledge comes from a prolonged and pleasant exposure to English culture and pop-culture. The language is very much part of my identity now and thus, makes my job all the much easier.
