How many revisions are included in the price?

We want you to love your project. With the flat rate you pay, you can request unlimited revisions within the stipulated times for each service. As long as the instructions are aligned with your initial project brief, revisions are completely free.

Can I make changes to my project after submitting it?

Accepted Answer

That depends on whether we've started working on your project. Once you've filled up and submitted the project form along with your payment, our creative specialists will approve your project to ensure all instructions are clear before sending it to a Bunny Pro. You can still modify or edit your project if the Bunny Pro has not accepted the work. To do so, click on "modify project" to access a project form with your pre-filled information. The modified project will replace your first project, but keep in mind that the price may change according to your requirements. 
 
 If your project shows "The Bunny Pro is working on your project" on the dashboard, don't worry. You can still request a revision once the Bunny Pro delivers your project. Where can I track my invoices?

Our dashboard allows you to track all your payment history so you can keep your project expenditures in check. To do so, pick the project, click on "view invoice" at the bottom of the page. You can also download a complete transaction history by going to "payments and balance" and clicking on "download CSV.

Do I have to pay usage fees for my project to be downloaded and used multiple times?

No, the flat price you pay for the project includes full buyout rights. That means you can download the deliverable as many times as you need and use it however you please. You do not have to pay any additional royalties for publishing or broadcasts on the internet, radio, and television. Once you have approved a Bunny Pro's deliverable, you will be asked for approval for the work to be featured as their samples. You alone have the rights to decide if your sample gets featured on our site. Nobody else has the rights to use the deliverable elsewhere otherwise.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and credit cards. Bank wires are only available for clients based in the US. Can I request an NDA for my project?

All Bunny Studio Pros sign an NDA agreement before joining our platform. Your project's deliverables cannot be shared or used unless you give us permission rights. How does the money-back guarantee work?

Our money-back guarantee is supported by unlimited revisions, Bunny Pro pre-vetting, and in-house quality checks to ensure deliverable standards. Should your project still not meet your expectations, you have the right to reject the deliverable, in which case, we will credit the full amount back to your balance. Refunds can only be requested up to 28 days after completion of a project.
