Our recruitment process
Remote recruiting differs from conventional hiring. At Bunny Studio, we have a transparent and impartial process. Here’s what to expect.
Stage 1
Reviewing applications
We review all the applications we receive and conduct a quick screening by email. From here, we pick 2 potential candidates for stage 2.
Stage 2
Auditing skills
We send you a test related to the role you are applying for along with a deadline. On evaluation, we provide feedback and inform candidates if they are moving forward.
Stage 3
Interviewing candidates
We will invite you to a set of 3 interviews. You can expect to meet the leader of your role, the Head of People Operations, and the CEO.
Stage 4
Offering the role
If we see synergies, we will make you an offer.
The offer letter is extended to the candidate who best fit the role.
We aim for our processes to last 10 / 15 days, depending on candidate speed getting back to us.
