Your public Pro Profile works as your official showcase inside Bunny Studio. It’s the place where clients discover your skills, review your samples, and decide to work with you — all within a secure, structured environment.
For this reason, your profile should not include links to external websites, social media profiles, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal or professional contact information.
Redirecting clients outside the platform (to you directly or to an agent) creates a conflict of interest, since Bunny Studio and its Pros are both part of the service offered to clients.
Keeping everything on-platform helps protect your privacy, prevents unwanted or unsolicited contact, and ensures that all project steps — including communication, revisions, deadlines, and payments — are properly tracked and supported. You’re always welcome to promote your Bunny Studio profile externally, but all collaboration must stay within the platform so we can provide a fair, safe, and transparent experience for everyone involved.
In Bunny Studio, we are passionate about our work – so we expect you to meet us halfway and provide your best quality on every project according to our Quality Control Standards. with your awesome setups and performances, while following all instructions in the project’s details!
Active communication is one of the most important values we uphold at Bunny Studio. As a Pro, staying in touch with us whether it’s replying to our emails, reporting errors or blockers, or simply asking questions helps keep the entire workflow running smoothly!
Our platform is built on trust and collaboration, and keeping the communication lines open allows us to better support you, advocate for you with clients, and step in quickly if there’s an issue
Timely and clear communication not only boosts your reliability as a professional but also plays a big part in how we assign future projects. We’ll always do our best to find a solution for what you are experiencing, so long as you are responsive and communicative.
We’re a team, and active communication is what makes teamwork work.
Letting our clients know which Bunny Pros are available is key to our success. We expect you to let us know, with as much notice as possible, every time you’ll be Away, for any reason such as vacations, illness, travelling, etc.

Don’t forget: being unresponsive may compromise your invitations, so make sure you are receiving our emails, and commit to any invitations you accept!
We hope it’s never the case, but if you decide to stop working with us, we expect you to let us know right away via email at support@bunnystudio.com so that we can close your account, and take the appropriate actions to ensure no clients are left hanging.
You should not contact our clients directly under any circumstances.
This compromises our relationship with clients, as well as our relationship with you as a Pro.
We take confidentiality and data protection seriously, which is why Pros must never contact clients directly under any circumstances. All information shared within a project is confidential, and any attempt to reach out to a client privately is considered a breach of data and of our agreement.
Our platform is designed to streamline every step of the process: communication, delivery, and feedback – so any concerns, changes, or negotiations should always go through our system or our Customer Experience team. If, for any reason, a client reaches out to you directly, please report it to us immediately.
Remember: all agreements and arrangements must happen within our platform. If a Pro goes against this agreement, not only may this result in a permanent ban, but it may also result in legal actions.
Building trust with our clients can take a long time, but it only takes a second to shatter it.

We expect the same level of respectful professionalism from our Bunny Pros in return. Even if we differ, we must communicate any frustrations or disagreements in a professional and respectful tone.
We have zero tolerance for disrespect and/or discrimination of any kind.
Many talents from all around the world, from many different realities and contexts are present in our platform, so fairness is paramount. When a project is created, many talents receive that invitation, and we’ve designed this process to be based on fast response from any talents who are available at the time, and meet the criteria necessary for that project.
Using scripts, auto-clickers, bots, or any other tools that attempt to bypass platform features in order to gain an unfair advantage in any way goes against the spirit of equal opportunity we work hard to maintain.
More importantly, it violates our agreement with you as a talent – and any such behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform.
We deeply value the authenticity and uniqueness of Human Creativity. This is at the core of what makes Bunny Studio special.
All projects on our platform must be fulfilled using your real, human skills, be it for Voice Over projects, Writing, or Design – this is what clients come here for, and it’s what our Quality Standards are built around.
Using AI-generated content to complete projects is strictly prohibited and considered a serious breach of our agreement. If detected, it will lead to the permanent removal of your account.
