There are 3 ways to set up a project with us depending on your needs:

1. Booking: You can directly book a specific talent with this type of project. You can head to our Browse Samples page to see and hear samples from our Pros. Here, you can refine your search according to requirements on the left-hand side. 

2. Contest: You can post a contest to find the best voice talent for your project. When you submit a Contest, you will receive three auditions. You may request three more at no extra cost in case you haven’t found the right Pro for your project. Once you have submitted the Contest, and the entries are in, you can review them and select a winner.

3. Speedy: The fastest way to receive a project is by creating a Speedy. This is what we recommend when you are in a rush for a quick voiceover. When you post a Speedy, we send invitations to our available Pros, and the first one to pick it up will send you the deliverable.

Whichever Project type you choose, we encourage you to use the remarks section to include some links and/or upload any files that you might have to help your Pro. Also, you can record instructions with your microphone, for instance, to clarify the pronunciation of specific words. The less room for interpretation, the more spot on your final product will be.

Here’s how we do it

1: Professionals apply to Bunny Studio

Professionals apply in our platform to become Pro to provide freelance services on their expertise. Once they sign in, they will be requested to accept our terms & conditions, and upload their work samples, portfolio, or perform a test.

2: Quality Control review applications 

Our Quality Control team revises all the applications. We have a team of experts on each service we provide: voiceovers & audio, video, design, writing & translation. These agents are professionals that have extensive experience in their fields and are constantly aligning to give a consistent experience to Pros and clients. During the review process, our agents make sure that the quality of applicants matches our Quality Control Standards. Our team might request a revision if the issue is minor, or reject it if it is bigger or harder to fix. For the ones that comply with our standards, they are accepted. 

3: We accept the top freelancers

We only accept 4% of all the applications we receive. This is due to the high-quality standards that we have in Bunny Studio, one of our differentiation factors over other platforms. We encourage all accepted freelancers to submit their best samples to showcase their work, offering our clients more options to choose from. They will also complete their profiles with all the personal information, photo, biography, experience in the field,  and languages they managed. They will be invited to join our live webinars, to onboard them not only in the use of our platform but in our high-quality standards. 

4: You submit your project. We connect you with the top vetted professionals

Create projects in a few clicks, and we’ll handle the rest to ensure its success. 5: Review Pro performance 
We are always taking care of the Pro performance, checking their acceptance or rejection rates, and the reviews they receive from clients. We have a strict policy regarding performance. Our platform evaluates Pro’s performance and ranks them accordingly, making sure you always get the best one to fulfill your project.

Revisions are requests for changes in the deliverables. These requests may be sent by our Quality Control team or by you.
