In most cases, when our clients submit a project through our platform, our algorithm will automatically invite the most suitable Bunny Pros according to their availability, rates, and Stats.
The project would then be assigned to one of our Pros, who would complete the deliverable and submit it through our platform. Our platform would then automatically send you updates regarding the status of your submissions (for ex. approvals, rejections, revision requests, etc.).
We have a team of dedicated professionals that you may be working with at different stages of your journey with Bunny Studio. We encourage you to always be responsive with them. They are there to support and guide you. You don’t need to know “who” to email regarding your query; just send the details of any question you have to support@bunnystudio.com, and we’ll make sure it goes to the right person responsible for handling that query.
For complex/long projects (which happens 30% of the time), our dedicated team of Customer Experience Associates (CEA) would need to act as middlemen between our clients and Pros. They handle all the back-and-forth with our clients for such projects so that you can focus on what you do best; providing outstanding creative work.

Our Client’s Onboarding team work with our clients directly to make sure they are hiring the most suitable Bunny Pros for their projects.
