How long does it take to assign a professional to my project?

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your project. Your flat rate includes unlimited revisions for the first 30 days after you receive the initial delivery, and up to 7 days after you approve the project. As long as requests remain aligned with your original brief, there’s no extra charge. This ensures the final result matches your exact vision.

How do revisions work?

Yes. You can request edits and specific retakes on the delivered material (timing, emphasis, pronunciations, cuts). If they're aligned with the original brief, they're covered by the revisions policy.

However, if your request includes new information or changes the brief (e.g., additional lines, a new tone/style, a different length/version), it's considered new work and will require additional payment before proceeding.

Can I request edits or specific retakes?

Yes. If you add new lines or sections from your project, the platform automatically updates the quote, you will see the new price, and you can confirm to proceed. If the change is larger, for example a new script or additional versions with a different length, you can add it as well and the system will show an updated quote before moving forward.

Can I add new parts that weren’t in the brief?

Yes. We can license music and add it as an add-on (or replace the existing track). This requires an updated quote: when you add the request in your project, the platform updates the quote, you’ll see the new price, and you can confirm to proceed. In some cases, this may involve re-edit/mix.

Can I add music to my project after creating it?

We are a prepaid service, payment is required before launching to production, at submission. We accept cards and PayPal. Pre-loading funds to your Workspace Balance is also available. Bank transfer or wire is available for high-volume clients only and may take 1 to 3 business days. Invoicing provided.

How do payments work, and which methods do you accept?
