What are your quality control standards?

You are free to set your rates and preferences however you consider appropriate. You can also modify your rates and preferences anytime. So, if you applied in Spanish, you will be able to choose from a wide variety of accents from this language. You will not be able to change the language to English or French, for example.

How do I set my rates?

To keep track of your performance as a Pro, every project you participate in will be used to determine how your performance has been. Some of the stats we calculate are:{{line_break}}{{ul_start}}{{li_start}}The number of deliverables you have submitted.{{li_end}}{{li_start}}The number of approved deliverables.{{li_end}}{{li_start}}The number of deliverables rejected by Quality Control.{{li_end}}{{li_start}}The number of deliverables rejected by our client.{{li_end}}{{li_start}}The number of projects that were left to expire.{{li_end}}{{li_start}}The number of revisions requested by Quality Control.{{li_end}}{{li_start}}Time spent on submitting your deliverables.{{li_end}}{{ul_end}}Each type of project - Speedy, Contest, Booking - will have their own separate set of stats. We will also, however, calculate a set of stats for the number of projects submitted, overall rejections, and overall expirations.{{line_break}}{{line_break}}{{bold_start}}Will my stats accumulate information forever?{{bold_end}}{{line_break}}Our stats calculation will show and take into account the projects completed within the last 365 days. We know that you improve with time, and our stats are meant to reflect that. These average stats are designed to give our new Pros a boost in order to receive invitations. Once you have completed five projects for either category, our system will start calculating your own stats. For this reason, the first projects are key to your success as a Bunny Pro!

How do stats work?

If your initial application has been rejected you will be able to request a new test project. In total, you will have four chances to become a Pro. Whether you let your project expire or the audio is rejected due to quality issues, you can request a reconsideration. To get a new one:{{line_break}}{{line_break}}{{ol_start}}{{li_start}}Log into your account.{{li_end}}{{li_start}}Click on the link "You've started an application process. Click here to continue it."{{li_end}}{{li_start}}You'll see a confirmation page letting you know we've added you to our queue.{{li_end}}{{ol_end}}This new application project will take from 7 to 31 days to arrive in your inbox. It will be sent anytime during this period of time, so make sure you're available to work on it after requesting it!

How many chances do I have to apply?

You are free to set your own rates according to your experience. Depending on the type of project, our system will calculate your personalized reward
