Gill Mills is an experienced former BBC broadcaster and journalist with over two decades of experience in the entertainment field. With a warm and resonant voice, Gill primarily operates from a home studio located in East London. However, she can attend remote studios in person when necessary. Her journey into voiceover work began during her tenure as a DJ at BBC Radio 1. She started lending her voice to various entertainment and factual TV programs across Channel 4, BBC, and ITV. Subsequently, Gill founded her content creation company, specializing in podcast and film production for the music and film industries. Alongside her professional career, she has written three novels and transitioned into full-time voice acting. She has narrated an extensive catalog of over 80 fiction and non-fiction titles. Gill’s illustrious career has also involved collaborations with renowned commercial clients such as Airbnb, Barclays, Coca-Cola, Spotify, and more. With her dramatic training to LAMDA gold medal standard and BBC broadcast/sound training, Gill possesses versatile talent. She can deliver engaging educational, corporate, animation, and live event narration, as well as big-brand commercials and documentary narration, all delivered with warmth and a knowledgeable tone. She is known for her prompt, reliable, and intelligent approach, capable of quickly adapting to any project’s needs.
