A native of Calgary, Alberta, Kyle Lauderdale has always enjoyed being creative with his voice through acting, singing, voice impersonations, narration and sports announcing. Throughout High School, Kyle performed various roles in theatrical musicals while continuing his involvement in Drama and Vocal Music. Over the years he has worked towards developing a strong, resonating and unique voice. In 2009, Kyle received his diploma in broadcasting at Mount Royal University. Throughout the two year program, Kyle’s unique voice was heard on various student radio and television projects including on-air radio shows, commercials, and PSA's. His work would earn him the Gail Montgomery Memorial Scholarship for excellence and creativity in commercial writing. Since 2011, Kyle has worked as a producer for a major market sports radio station in Calgary. Some of his work includes producing content for Calgary Flames and Calgary Hitmen hockey broadcasts, as well as recording, editing and reporting on-air sports updates for Calgary and other stations in the surrounding area. Some of Kyle’s most recent voice-over clients include Classroom Champions, AltaLink, Suncor Energy, ATB Financial, and Chyron Axis News. Kyle has worked to develop his skills to provide a clear and powerful read and build a successful career that involves his creativity, professional approach and passion for voice-over work.
