      What is the difference between ONE content creation subscription and on-demand projects?

      On-demand projects are billed based on a pay-per-project basis. If you have recurring creative needs, this can take a lot of time to process invoices and get transaction approvals in-house.

      Our subscription plan is a one-time monthly, quarterly, or yearly payment enterprise solution that allocates you a number of creative hours per month. When you create projects, we automatically deduct working hours from your monthly allowance hours. This one-time payment means no more tedious repeated transactions. Value-added cost aside, signing up for subscriptions also includes other perks like having your own operations coordinator and a team of curated Bunny Pros.

      Can I ask for revisions during my digital content production?

      Most certainly!

      It’s our policy to provide unlimited revisions for all our projects, yours included. Requests for revisions will not incur additional costs or hours spent if these alteration requests were covered under your initial project brief.

      If you want extra work done or are looking to change your creative direction, we will simply deduct hours from your existing subscription.

      What happens if I run out of hours for my ONE content creation subscription?

      Simply top up by buying more hours at the same rate.

      Alternatively, you can also upgrade your plan to include more hours. If you need more than 160 hours a month, we also have a VIP plan with 200 creative hours at USD 3,999/month paid yearly, and one with 240 creative hours at USD 4,799/month paid yearly.       Can I share my ONE content creation subscription hours with my teammates?

      Of course! Our enterprise subscription is designed for team collaboration, after all!

      Just send us a list with your team members’ name and email addresses and we will set up their accounts under your enterprise plan. Effortlessly track of hours utilized by your entire team through our overview report.

      Can you deliver different media formats so I can have digital content productions on various platforms?

      Our creative experts can easily adapt or export your projects into the formats you need. Whether you’re sharing it on social media or airing it on a nationwide broadcast, we make sure your creatives look their best.

      However, do note that time spent on adapting and exporting file formats will be deducted from your subscription hours where applicable.

      What does your content creation subscription Operations Coordinator do?

      Your operations coordinator will be your point of contact. That means no more chasing freelancers for updates. Your operations coordinator is in charge of making sure that everything in your projects is working perfectly, and will help you to solve any need that you have.

      On top of that, we'll send you an update on your plan every 15 days that will include your number of projects posted and the hours you have left for the month. If you need a report in between, reach out to us anytime and we'll send the information to you within the day.

      What happens to leftover hours on my monthly enterprise content creation subscription?

      Don't worry, we will carry them forward to the next month for you. Your remaining hours expire 6 months after their date of purchase, and will no longer be carried forward then. Alternatively, you can transfer them to another account, as we do not make cash refunds.
